Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed

Photos of yourself. Photos of other adults who agreed to appear in the video. Posting the result on your own accounts, including for business use, with the AI label your platform asks for.

Not allowed

Anyone under 18, in any photo, for any trend.

Photos of real people who have not agreed, including celebrities, politicians and other public figures, or results meant to make others believe a real person did or said something.

Sexual or nude content of anyone. Violence and gore. Hate speech. Harassment.

Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

How this is enforced

The video model checks every photo and clip with its own safety filters and turns down many of them; a blocked render returns its credits. Reported results are reviewed by a person.

Zero tolerance: sexual content involving minors and non-consensual intimate images lead to immediate account closure and, where the law requires or allows, a report to the authorities.

Report something

If a video made with memevibe shows you without your consent, or infringes your rights, write to hello@memevibe.app with the link or a description. You do not need an account. We remove material that is shown to infringe or to lack consent, and the photos behind it, and close the account when the rules were broken on purpose.
