Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. If you create an account with an email and a password, we store only a salted hash of the password.

Your credit balance, credit history and purchase history. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

The photos you upload and the videos we generate.

Usage events (which pages are opened, which renders succeed or fail) so we can fix what breaks. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google receives page views and device information from your browser.

Photos you upload

Photos are used only to generate the video you asked for. They are not used to train models and are not sold.

To generate a result we send your photos and the trend's reference clip to the company that runs the video model, through links that expire after one hour. The model provider runs its own systems; we cannot guarantee that it deletes its copy at the same moment we delete ours.

How long we keep things

Uploaded photos and generated videos: 30 days, then deleted automatically. You can delete a video sooner from My videos.

Account, balance and purchase records: until you delete your account.

A result is private unless you share the downloaded file yourself.

Your rights

You can download or delete your videos and delete your account with all of its data by writing to hello@memevibe.app. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as objecting to processing or asking for a copy of your data; write to the same address.

Age

memevibe is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if you think a child has used the service, write to hello@memevibe.app and we will delete the account.
