Your account

You sign in with Google or with an email and password. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use memevibe or buy credits.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with credits. The price in credits is shown before every render. Credits never expire.

Credit packs are one-off payments handled by Stripe. Purchases are final and are not refunded, except as described in the Refund Policy or where the law does not let us exclude a refund.

What you may upload

Only photos of yourself, or of adults who agreed to appear in the video. No photos of anyone under 18. No photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your results

You own the videos generated from your photos and may use them, including commercially, as long as the photos were yours to use and the result follows the Acceptable Use Policy. The trend formats, sounds and clips shown as examples belong to their owners; memevibe does not grant you any rights in them.

Copyright and takedown

If you believe something on memevibe infringes your rights, or shows you without your consent, write to hello@memevibe.app with a link or a description. We remove material that is shown to infringe and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

No warranty

Results are generated by an AI model and vary between renders. memevibe is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use memevibe after a change means you accept it.
