Every trend has a fixed length. Prices may change; the price shown at render time is the one charged.
Refunds in short
- • A render that fails or is stopped by the model's safety check returns its credits automatically.
- • Purchases are final: credit packs are not refunded.
- • A completed render is not refunded, because the model has already run. A clearly broken file (empty or corrupted) is returned on request.
What is not guaranteed
Videos are generated by an AI video model. It aims to keep your face and outfit and to follow the timing of the trend, but exact likeness and small details vary between renders. Higher tiers usually hold detail better. You cannot preview a render before it is charged.
Pricing questions
How much does one video cost?
A standard video (Standard tier, 720p) is 10 credits. Depending on tier and resolution a video costs 5 to 93 credits, and the price is shown before you start. The smallest pack is $6.90 for 10 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every render runs a paid video model, so there are no free credits. The smallest pack is one standard video.
Can I get a refund?
Failed or blocked renders return their credits automatically. Credit packs are not refunded. If you were charged twice or a payment did not turn into credits, write to us and we will put it right.
